There are additional requirements to apply for low income housing. Here are a few to be aware of before submitting an application.

Total Income/Assets

We require all appropriate documentation to determine eligibility regarding income and any government assistance.

Employment Info/History

Written verification by present employer will be required.
Please be aware household members may NOT be full-time students.

Prior Rental History

Applicant must provide 3 years of positive verifiable rental history. Negative history is grounds for denial.

Criminal Background Check

A criminal background check is required and may be reason for rejection.

Credit Check

All applicants must authorize a personal credit check. (The absence of credit does not adversely affect any applicant.)

Identification Documents

Copies of birth certificates for all minors and copies of Social Security Cards are required for all applicants.

What is the DCA?
